Refund policy

Please contact us before sending a return.

Klubfiller merchandise orders are made to print-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Any products showing sign of being worn cannot be exchanged and will be returned to you. This is due to hygiene and safety.
